Acquiring the Goods

The Technical Stuff:

At this time I accept checks, money orders or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Contact me if you wish to place an order. Please provide me with the item number along with a telephone number where I can reach you in case of any questions.

Remember: Email is not secure. Do not send your credit card information through email. If you are paying by Visa or MasterCard you can call me with your numbers and expiration date (or I can call you). The best time to reach me is between 5:30pm and 9pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday. As most of my items are one of a kind, I will gladly hold the item until I receive payment so someone else doesn't purchase it.

Your purchase will be packaged and shipped via US Mail upon payment confirmation. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 for all items, no matter how much you buy! If your item is a gift, I will gladly ship it directly to the recipient and send the invoice to you. Gift Wrapping is available too!

All jewelry is hand made by me and GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials. Should the jewelry fail under reasonable wear and tear and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund.

If for some reason, you are unhappy with your new purchase, please contact me. If you would like to return the item, it can be returned for credit within 15 days of purchase. The original invoice that you receive with your jewelry must accompany all returns. Upon return, I will issue you credit for another item.
